Because I’m a small-town Texas girl with a big mission, a dedicated wife and mommy just like you, doing my best to create a life of fulfillment, happiness, and alignment. I’ve been there, done that, and got the battle scars to prove it. Life has thrown me into the fire more times than I can count, and each time I’ve emerged stronger, more radiant, and more determined to be a beacon of light for others. If you can imagine it, I’ve probably lived it, overcome it, and healed from it.

Seven years ago, during my massive awakening, I was blessed with amazing teachers and healers—but something was missing. Community. I felt isolated, alone, and I knew that had to change. That’s why 5 years ago, I created The Soul Up movement—a supportive, loving space I wished I had during my own journey.
